Participant waiver

Because our events happen in the real world, everyone agrees to a few basics before taking part.

Assumption of risk. Physical activities carry inherent risks. By joining, you confirm you're participating voluntarily and are responsible for playing within your own limits.

Health. You confirm you're in suitable health for the activity you booked, and you'll stop and tell the host if you feel unwell.

Photo & video. Events may be photographed for community and promotional use. Tell the host on the day if you'd prefer not to appear.

Conduct. We want everyone to feel welcome. Harassment or unsafe behaviour means you'll be asked to leave without a refund.
